Dae Tong De Samui

Dae Tong De Samui takes one back a few decades to when Samui's accommodation was only simple beach bungalows.

Photo of Dae Tong De Samui For anyone wanting to just chill on the beach or swing in a hammock, then this is the place to be. The bungalows are spacious, and have fridges and air-con. They are clean, yet simply furnished. The beachfront bungalows are well-priced, having ample space including a lounge and large deck area looking across the bay. The restaurant consists of a large thatched sala as well as tables dotted on the sand, and offers a well priced menu selection. A simple thatch-roofed beach bar serves guests as well as passersby. This is a solid choice for a no-frills, relaxed stay. You'll find Dae Tong 500m past The Scent Hotel if coming from Bophut, on the sea side of the road and before Kinnaree Resort.
