If you're arriving on the speedboat from Phnom Penh, chances are you'll be dropped at the waterfront restaurant of this hotel.
Being the only riverfront hotel in town aside from the Victoria, if you want to watch the river scene from your room on a budget, this is your only real option. The air-con rooms are medium-sized with clean, hot-water bathrooms, but the fan rooms are rather stuffy, run down and noisy. The main asset here are the terraces overlooking the river, which are great for people watching. Friendly staff, with English spoken.
