Muong Thanh Luxury Nhat Le Hotel

Muong Thanh Luxury Nhat Le Hotel

Dong Hoi’s finest

More on Dong Hoi

Muong Thanh Luxury Nhat Le isn’t normally the type of hotel we would feature but it has a few things going for it relative to what else is on offer in town.

Travelfish says:

If you require comfort and more frills in your accommodation, this is currently Dong Hoi’s best upscale offering. Opened in 2015, the hotel, part of a nationwide chain, is located at the northern edge of the town centre, across the road from the ocean where it meets the Nhat Le River. That means you are walking distance to both Nhat Le Beach and the restaurants in town, straddling both worlds. It also has a swimming pool.

Rooms are what you would expect for a city hotel: appealing decor with neutral white and grey tones, dark wood, beige carpet, full windows and well-laid out, purpose built furniture including desk and luggage rack. You also get the usual hotel amenities such as minibar, air-con, tea/coffee kit and flatscreen TV. The marble bathrooms are sleek and bright, with modern fixtures and a large glass shower. We only hope the new, clean feeling lasts – the numerous ashtrays in the showy lobby does not bode well. The Muong Thanh hotel we saw in Dong Ha seems to be an example of the eventual decline. But for now, this is as fine as it gets in Dong Hoi. The rate includes breakfast and WiFi.
