Cute and comfortable
Located beside Hoang Ngoc Hotel and Red Hotel, small Hong Ngoc Guesthouse offers small, bright clean rooms with windows and large bathrooms.
Beds take up most of the space but you do get air-con, WiFi, fan, table and chair, TV, minifridge, mirror and big windows with security bars. Some rooms have large doors leading out to a private balcony. The bathrooms are spacious and functional, with a frosted window bringing in lots of natural light and ventilation. Good news for solo travellers, they have cheaper rates for one person.
The town is small so nothing is very far, but like its neighbour Red Hotel, this really is a fantastic central location just steps to the ocean, night market, Caffe Infiniti and main street of restaurants. Hong Ngoc Guesthouse is another reasonable and cheerful pick for backpackers.
