Guest House Thanh

Our rating:
3.5 stars, based on 1 expert review

A hundred metres down a quiet alley too small for cars to enter, Guest House Thanh does little to stand out among its nearby competition but still delivers a solid, low-budget option.

Lesser known than other, more popular guesthouses in the same alley, Thanh will generally still have room when California Guesthouse or Miss Loi are full. Although the decor is simple and the halls and stairways here are narrow and dark, they lead to rooms that are bright and spacious. All rooms are clean and have air-con, cable TV, private bathrooms and large wardrobes. The larger double rooms also have a small balcony that lets you look out over the alley outside. There isn't a common area, so meeting your fellow travellers will be harder here than at other guesthouses. Long-term residency is available for those looking for an extended stay.
