Laid out in two storey blocks, rooms are uncontroversial, with a neutral palette of colours and natural touches such as clear stained wood furniture and faux stone tile. Floor to ceiling glass doors open to a private balcony. Inside, rooms are equipped with air-con, WiFi, kettle, flatscreen TV and desk. The bathrooms in the villa category are a definite upgrade, as they are spacious and feature a private outdoor shower. A tennis court and big central pool with umbrellas and loungers are additional selling points.

Aniise Villa is not perfect and while it’s in ok shape now, Vietnamese resorts without proper maintenance tend to fade quickly. There are certain messy details we noticed (example, poor drywall job around electrical outlets, ugly concrete benches and sculptures throughout the property), but for now, this is Ninh Chu’s best beachfront hotel.
