The lobby is a veritable art gallery of reproductions of famous works, which unintentionally gives a quirky, kitschy flair to this local hotel.

Perhaps imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, so this hotel pays homage to Rembrandts et al, but the rooms are a blank canvas: white walls, tall ceilings and some not so artistically placed amenities such as fridge, TV and wardrobe. Rooms come with WiFi and air-con. If you want natural light, then you definitely want to pay more for a room in front or back which have large windows. Tiled bathrooms are decent and the shower has both a rain showerhead and a handheld nozzle. We still recommend staying in Ninh Chu over Phan Rang city but this hotel does put you closer to the local eats and city conveniences. A little English spoken.
