One of the most common emails we get are from people who have signed up as Travelfish members but cannot login.
99.9999999% of the time, the reason they have been unable to login is because they didn't read the instructions when they joined!
After you join an email will be sent to you with a link that you MUST click on to "activate" your account. We do this is stop people from signing up with emails other than their own email or with false addresses.
If you lost or never received the "activation email" please click here to get it resent. If it still doesn't arrive, please send us an email from the email account you signed up under asking us to activate the account manually and we'll look into it as soon as we can.
