i'm planning a trip to Myanmar (Burma) from 20 August to 1st Sept (11 days)
I've already read that for weather - related contingency is better to move from Yangon to the north.
I want to visit Bagan, Mandalay, Inle Lake and Kalaw (obviously Yangon is included). Did i miss something? Any wheater related tip? Is Booking trustworty to reserve hotel and b&b, or is better to do it in persone, onec arrived in town?
A 400 euros budget just for tour and souvenire and 1 meal(a day) are enough?

What you will be doing is the "Big 4" easy and straight forward.
Otherwise, get a visa in Bangkok, go overland at Kanchanaburi over to Dawei, then up to Mawlamyine and Golden Rock, the latter is a most important destination for the locals.
Then up to Yangon and do your big 4. Spend time going around Yangon on the circle line.
You need a different visa if you go overland.
Call this the "Big 6"
