Idle banter forum

I'm afraid!

Really,I should say I don't like to fly, but I'm not really scared. If I don't think about the fact that if the plane crashed, I'd have time to think about it, I'm okay. Does anyone have any suggestions to make me less nervous?

drink a 'just appropriate' amount to loosen the nerves. (seriously)

bring a very interesting book/magazine that you can't take your eyes off.

Diazepam? I would say don worry about it too much, just get a good book and have a couple of glasses/bottles of wine to knock you out and fall asleep!
