There's a lot of that I can't comment on, but for Sangkhlabuti to Nong Khai you're looking at two days travel, or one day to Bangkok then night train to Nong Khai.

Re Vietnam -- where is Chua Muong? Also I'd suggest more time for Sapa/BaBe/Bac Ha etc -- lots of miles between those places.

Hope that helps.

I haven't been to all the places in Burma that you're planning to go to so can't help with some of them.

Day 100. You'll be coming back to Yangon later (day 109 and 127) so you don't need to pack in all those visits in on the first day! Go buy your train ticket to Mawlamyine on day 100 so that you can leave the next day. You need to buy the train ticket the day before you travel.

You can do the Golden Rock in one day. I'd cut out day 107 and add it to Bagan. I'd also cut out Mount Popa myself (I found it very kitsch) but the view from the top is nice enough. Four full days in Bagan isn't too much.

You haven't got time to got time to fit in Hsipaw unless you cut out several days elsewhere.

i think you may be spending way too much time in katmandu.
DAY 78. Kathmandu/Swayambhunath – Get
DAY 79. Kathmandu/Patan
DAY 80. Kathmandu/Bhaktapur
DAY 81. Kathmandu/Pashupatinath
DAY 82. Kathmandu/Boudhanath
pashupatinah & boudhanth can easily be done together in one morning & the afternoon spent at monkey temple or Swayambhunath can be done in the afternoon. They are all close together.
I would spend another 2 days in pokhara... you could do a day rafting trip or spend an afternoon on the lake & pokhara is infinitely more enjoyable (IMO) than kathmandu.
bhaktapur is also worth a longer look & It's fun to spend the night there.

I also think 5 days in phnom penh is a bit much.....

sounds like a fun trip :)

Too much time in Siem Reap, just got back from there. 3-4 days should do it. Three long days of temple tours will be amazing but tiring. Take the 4th day to relax :) the bus to Phnom Phen Will take a full day with meal stops.

Stay a while longer in Sihanouk Ville :)- Otres Beach and Indepence beach are lovely, and away from the trashiness of serendipity. I had 4 days there--it wasn't by any means lOng enough :)

I think your spending way to long in kathmandu as well.
I was in central kathmandu and after 3 days i had definately seen all the sights. in saying that, its a great place to take a breath and just relax for a bit - try the roofs of hostels! very peaceful.
Patan is worth a day, as is bhaktapur.
I did pashupatinath and Bodhnath in one day easily, with a lot of spare time.
and swayambhunath and durbar square together as well. make sure you pick a nice day for swayambhunath, and go early in the morning - everything is much clearer.
hope this helps!
