Any tips for yummy dishes/places for veggies in Yogya, Bali or Lombok?

Lots of Padang restaurants serve Gulai Nangka - a curry with young jackfruit. The jackfruit almost has the texture of chicken, so don't be fooled. At Padang restaurants, they place a bunch of different dishes in front of you, so you can pick and choose what you want. There will probably be a number of vegetarian/tofu options for you to choose.
Ask for gado-gado, pecel, lotek, or urap. They are made of varied steamed veggies.
In Lombok, you can try plecing kangkung

Yes, plain capcay, because usually it's mixed with chicken, meatball, and seafood.
Oh, I forgot karedok, it's a mixed of raw veggies, like salads but with peanut sauce.
