Yuta-san, you do know that what you are proposing is illegal unless you rent the place out for a week or more, don't you? ; ) The government debated it only a month or so ago as the hotel industry and local residents are up in arms about the rise of AirBnB.
Of course, most overseas tourists would only stay in one location for 2-4 days before moving on, so the hotel industry is winning at the moment.
You can understand it though, if I lived in an apartment that I owned and had different foreign neighbours few days, I might not be happy - especially if they were making a noise late at night.

I think Japan is such a massive adventure and experience I will stay there at least 2 weeks, possibly a month.
