Islands good for seclusion and diving?

I am in Bangkok now for another week and then plan to spend about a week at a beach/island. My guess is that the islands in Malaysia have the better weather in June than Thailand and the Philippines. I want to stay at an island that is secluded with fewer tourists and a Robinson Crusoe feeling

I also would like to see wildlife like turtles if possible, but it's not a deal breaker. It would also be nice if I could go scuba diving. I've been to El Nido at Palawan a few years ago and loved it. It was really beautiful and I also tried scuba diving there once. I want to try it again, but I'm not sure I want to invest in the PADI or other certification courses. I also hope to find a place with fewer tourists than Palawan

I read a little about Redang, Sipadan, Langkawi, and Kapas, but I can't tell which of those is the best fit for me

What are some other secluded islands that have good weather in June, have diving for beginners, and have wildlife?

While they are quite touristed, the Perhentian Islands are another option - pick one of the quieter spots for the seclusion angle, there are plenty of dive shops and is very common to see turtles in the channel between the two islands. The diving is generally beginner focused and is very affordable. Kapas and Redang more pricey, Langkawi won't have such good weather that time of year.
