NAIA Terminal 1 is operating beyond its design limits (6 million passengers) and I avoid it like the plague. Fortunately more airlines are moving to the tolerable Terminal 3 and the list includes
Terminal 2 is exclusively Philippine Airlines.
So when flying in and out, try to to avoid airlines that use Terminal 1. It remains to be seen if the transfer of these airlines will decongest T1 sufficiently.
