Philippines for 16 days in September.

Hi. We are arriving at Manila on the 19th of September for 16 days. We read that in terms of weather, the best area is the central visayas, so we plan to visit at least Bohol, Negros and Boracay. Our question is whether we should try to visit El-Nido as well. Is there something in El-nido that we will not find in the other locations? Is it worth it (the long trip from one side of the Philippines to the other?). Anyway, we will be happy for any recommendations for the Visayas area.

Thanks a lot!

we were in Phillipines at february and our first plan was to see cebu (we landed there) bohol, boracay and palawan. We had to change our plans due to high price of flight between islands in that time and transport logistic so we focused on Cebu, Bohol and Siquijor (here you can saw short video of that trip https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u_isqNXiPAA) and travel between them via bangka boats. In about two weeks we checked all main atractions (and we had time to chill out and admire views ), and it would be hard to find time for trip to another island and explore it if you don't want to have the impression that most of holiday you spent on travel to/from airport and in an plane (you lose half a day if you have lucky (delayed flights) in bangkas boat etc. We'd like to get back and see Palawan but it's for another travel.

AirAsia offers Cebu City-Puerto Princesa, Palawan flights, and you must take a van/bus to El Nido. (5 hours by road, if I'm not mistaken.) There are lots of beaches in the Visayas.
