We are wondering which island will be the best for snorkeling and diving on the first half of November.
Ko Phi Phi has a lot to offer, but also we met discouraging opinions. We would like to explore the beauty of the island and sea life, but also we want to relax and have some fun during nights. We are not so scared to crowds, the best option for us is to stay in bungalow on the beach.

First half of November I'd be heading to the Andaman coast.
Ko Phi Phi still has some good snorkelling -- I wouldn't write it off, but be choozy where you stay - the centre of "town" is an absolute madhouse.
Other reasonable options would be Ko Ngai Ko Kradan and Ko Lipe -- all of these have offshore reefs (in varying states of disrepair) but only Ko Lipe has a comparable nightlife scene to Lipe.
Ko Lipe is also a good base for boat trips to other islands, as outlined here.
If you have time, look to take in a few islands along the coast.

I've done snorkelling at Hong, Phi Phi, Trang islands and south of Ko Chang.
My favs were Hong (awesome beach) and south of Chang.
Both great value for money. You can do these trips for about 550 baht on a longtail or ferry including lunch and water.
The Hong tour operates out of Krabi and you can also do Phi Phi from there and other trips.
You could spend a week doing snorkelling and kayaking trips everyday out of Krabi and they are all pretty good.
