I am desperately looking for a 21-28 day wellness or fitness program to overcome some very difficult few years .All I seem to come across are detox programs which are not suitable as I am looking to Gain healthy weight and get fit. I found one called PhuketFit and am waiting to hear back from them but it looks like they might be fully booked.
* Holistic approach to wellness/fitness (don't mind a mild detox, but goal is to GAIN weight and build core strength. I would be considered an absolute beginner at yoga and gym)
* Ideally March 01 - March 30 (slightly flex on dates)
Scheduled and disciplined approach
* All inclusive price (personal training, yoga, food, accoms)
* Safe for a single female
* Thailand seems cheapest option but anywhere in S.E Asia beachside would be okay too
I've recently quit my job, so am mindful of costs but willing to invest in my health!
This likely won't be of any assistance, but my cousin just finished the 28-day Phuketfit program and was gushing about it. Said it was fantastic. Don't think it's on the beach, though. I'll ask her.
Thanks! That actually does help because it provides reassurance the program works! Their website states the beach is a 5 min walk; not too bad esp if I'm going to get fit lol.

What about muay thai? It's great for fitness. Lots of women and beginners do it. Phuket is very touristy. If you want somewhere more relaxing have a look at Lanta gym
You can even try it in different gyms around the country and see different places.
Koh Phan Ngan has gyms also
