I just found your website through tripadviaor and wow that's some great pictures you are taking! and a very interesting and well written articles!
I started exploring the web on thailand since me, my wife and our 2 year old son are travelling to thailand in November and practically got lost on where exactly to go...
We started thinking about koh lanta and the surrounding islands,
but perhaps you can share your thoughts...
We've already been to thailand in koh samui, koh phangan, phuket, koh phi phi, koh kut and thought about discovering a new place preferrably unspoilt with clear calm waters, scenic bay (could be a bonus), nice accomodation options, but also with some activity going like kayaking and a tiny walking street with some food & art stands for the evening.
If I can sum up by comparing it to where we've been then, we would really like to find something similar to koh kut but with a little more action.
I guess that a mixture of koh kut and pai will be perfect for us :)
Will appreciate an expert feedback!

I'd say there's no such thing as "a mixture of Ko Kut and Pai" (Ko Pha Ngan is the closest thing I can think of), but sure why not give Ko Lanta a try and maybe throw in Ko Muk or Ko Jum. On Lanta I prefer Khlong Nin and the beaches further south down the west coast. You might also want to consider Ko Phayam.
