This is a small (six bungalow) guest house just outside (about 1KM) the main centre of Sukothai and very close to the main bus terminal. That means it's slightly out of the way but that can be a good thing if you are wanting somewhere peaceful. The hospitality of the hosts Manoon and his partner are wonderful.
Manoon picked us up in the centre of Sukothai and took us back to the guesthouse and spent the next three days running us and other guests around to the Historical Park, Loi Krathong festivities etc. We had more people in the back of the pick up than most Thai families that night. They even arranged a friend to show us how to make krathongs.
We were also able to arrange a day outing to Si Satchanalai and Ram Khamhaeng National Park for 150THB for petrol.
We paid 600THB for three people in a bungalow with air conditioning and a hot shower and another 50THB (for all three of us) for breakfast. Breakfast was excellent with a range of fruit, cereal, freshly cooked french toast, banana pancakes etc. Meals for dinner could also be ordered to be cooked up while you waited.
There were cheaper rooms available - fan bungalows rather than A/C, or shared rooms with a shared shower above the lounge/bar area.
Sadly the guesthouse was affected by the floods this year so the garden is not quite as beautiful at the moment as it has been (a friend stayed there last year and said it was lovely) but it's still a nice place to relax.

Without risking hyperbole and this post being taken off - this was my favourite guesthouse in Thailand so far.
