Anti-mosquito clothing

Posted by JeremyNicholl on 18/10/2016 at 04:23

I'm planning a trip around SEA for 4-5 months Nov - March and trying to deal with the malaria/dengue issue. My inclination is to avoid malarials and rely on deet and sensible behaviour/clothing. During research I've come across anti-mozzy clothing which apparently is impregnated with chemicals to get rid of them. I'm talking about clothing like this:

My question is: has anyone here used these and do they work? And if you wear these do you not need to use deet?

Thanks in advance for any advice.

Hmm. Promising. I am also keen to know if clothing like that really work.
