Hoi An to Danang Airport in the early airport

I'm currently trying to buy a flight from Danang to HCMC after staying in Hoi An for a few days. Currently the cheapest ones are early in the morning or late at night. I would rather deal with getting to Saigon in the morning rather than at 11pm at night but am concerned about getting a 7am flight out of Danang coming from Hoi An. Is it doable to get there at that time? Is there any additional cost usually? Thanks for the help.

ETA: just realized that I meant early morning in the title and not early airport.

That shouldn't be a problem - just ask your hotel to call and reserve a taxi for you the day B4 travel. Hoi An is just down the road - 45 min or less to the airport.

You just lose your sleep the night before, that's all. I think you can prebook taxi the night before. Check out with hotel to ensure you've got it covered.

Yup, your hotel can easily arrange a taxi. We left from Hoi An very late at night and it was no problem. During that time of the night, note that most taxi drivers drive a little crazy, since there is little traffic ont he roads, and they want to get back to make at least one other run.

We talked to people in our hotel and found someone who was also heading out on the same flight and split on a taxi. Easy peasy.
