Ninh Binh, Puluong Nature Reserve & Mai Chau

Posted by 2travelhappy on 21/11/2018 at 00:02

We have 4 to 5 nights available to see Ninh Binh, Puluong Nature Reserve & Mai Chau. Just wondering if we should skip Mai Chau. I am considering asking a tour company to make the arrangements and hire a private driver and guide. All thoughts and ideas appreciated. As always travelfish thank you for your valuable input.

I agree, Vietnam should not be rushed. Pu Luong was fantastic and needs considerable time - very rustic and not easy to get to. We were there in May of 2017 - uncrowded and lush, awesome waterfalls. Contact Mr. Diep at Vietnamtour to help with your plans/private driver - [email protected]

good luck!

Thank you daawgon for your reply, I am thinking this area warrants 5 nights then?

you need 3 days to explore Mai Chau only...

backpacking treks
beautiful village sight seeings
misty mountain pass with valley views

we took around 10 day trip to explore Ninh Binh, Puluong Nature Reserve & Mai Chau .
