Does anyone have any firsthand experience with using Vietnam-Visa.com with or without their "Fast Track" service? I'm curious if they are save and trustworthy - especially the part about handing over our passports to their FastTrack agent to get the visa/stamps.

Yes I've used them before with no problems.

On my last three trips however, I have used the official govt option detailed in this thread. Has worked like a dream every time and no need to wait in extra queues upon arrival.
