Hello! I am putting my motorbike up for sale, a very decent 110cc Honda Win. I bought it in Hanoi, Vietnam and it got me to Saigon so far. I am planning to hit base in Sihanoukville first for a couple of days from the 10th of July. Me and my brother are travelling on Thursday (7/28) in the morning from Bangkok to Siem Reap. Reading about all the scams and hassles awaiting travelers at the border, we plan on getting a taxi from Poipet to Siem Reap. Travel Fish rocks - great site and thanks for all the wonderful advice on this forum. I was wondering whether I can get some advice on traveling from Phnom Penh to HCMC, by taxi? I have to get a flight from HCMC to Hong Kong and was reading elsewhere that you can get a taxi from Phnom Penh to HCMC for around $35 ( to the border) and then from the border crossing to HCMC for an additional $20?
