Hi, The ever so helpful people at my guesthouse have thrown away my contact lens container. I have the lenses but nothing to put them in. So far, I have been able to improvise but I need to replace the container or find an alternative with a screw-top lid. Is there an optician or similar in Sanur or Senggigi (Lombok) where I would be able to do that? Many thanks ...

Hi there, I shoestring-backpacked round Indonesia (Timor, Flores, Sumbawa, Lombok, Bali, Java and Sumatra) 20 years ago and would like to return next year for a 4-week holiday with my husband and 4 kids, preferably to Lombok and Flores. Hello im heading to Thailand and Vietnam in july and then hopefully on to indonesia late july early august for a week. all i really want to do is relax in one place and get some decent kite-surfing and surfing in and chill on a beach! just wondering if anyone knows which island and location is best for this? or any decent budget hostels in the right locations? if someone has some first had knowledge it would be great to hear from you!! many thanks Tom ...

Hi there, Im finding it really hard to find any (reliable) information for Tanjung National Park as we would like to spend 3 to 4 days in the jungle and see the orangutans. my friend and i were in thailand & laos last summer and had the best time ever, we loved the whole beach bum lifestyle, full moon parties, tubing, meeting new people and basically having a good time 24/7 this year we want to try indonesia is it the same type of atmosphere? if not could any one advise anywhere else? thanks ...
