Travelling with insulin?

One last Question, before leaving,I will be carrying insulin, syringes, and prescription pills with me, i am told to bring a doctors note saying im required to have them, I have not flown since becoming diabetic. Just wondering if you get harrased carrying needles with you, Thanks Den ...

I went to the two hostels mentioned by Travelfish in Bangkok, (Guys you need to have a look at Big Johns Again seems to have gone downhill a bit.) Four sons house is an amazing place to stay in Bangkok, Its on Phraarthit Road, about 10 min walk from Khao san road. The people are so friendly and very welcoming and the room has air-con, tv, hot shower, safe, towels, free water. The beds are well comfy and its so clean. We have stayed here three times now and wouldnt want to stay anywhere else now. Its cheapish too!!! ...
