He is truly a good cook and his dishes range from the best steak in town to pastas and Viet dishes. Three doors down from Cargo on the Hoi An water front its a refreshing new taste in town and definitely worth a visit. You will love the food. Gustav can be a little grouchy though. A most charming place to stay in center of Sapa - very friendly staff here (one of my favorites in the entire country). They arrange transportation from the Lao Cai train station for $2.
