Cambodia EVisa Scheme

Posted by tails101 on 9/9/2009 at 17:25

With trepidation knowing all the problems there have been with the Cambodia eVisa system, I decided to take the plunge and have a go... Border cross f/Msian @ HCMC-PP & Btmbng-BKK

Posted by cuffedbloke on 3/11/2009 at 23:00

Hi, I will be taking a bus from HCMC to Phnom Penh and then later from Battambang to Bangkok. I hold a Malaysian passport. As far as I know (for 30 days stay or less) I don't need a visa, however I'd like to be sure since I've been reading so much about paying for visas at the borders. And how could I avoid the I-get-visa-for-you-quicker scam at the border, or perhaps I'm just paranoid? Lastly, does it make sense to take a boat to the Thai border from Battambang and then switch to ...

Thai Immigration and Visa Stamps

Posted by tessavita on 17/10/2009 at 11:01

Hey all, I have a 60 day single entry tourist visa for Thailand, and I fly into Bangkok on the 23rd. However, I was hoping to go to Laos for my first week there. Does anyone have any experience with how strict Thai immigration is on stamping existing Visas? My hope was they would just give me the 30 day visa exempt thing so I could use my tourist visa on reentry for my longer stay. Any insight? ...
