Water sports

Our rating:

Water-based recreation activities used to be all about jetskis and banana boats but for the younger generation it’s now all about sofa boats, bandwagons, slaloms and donuts.

The principle is the same, however, with power boats pulling large inflatable rafts around the ocean at high speeds for the purpose, giving an adrenalin rush to smiling customers.

Pangandaran does water sports particularly well and the east beach about 500 metres north of the eastern national park entrance is the place where it all happens.

While weekends are busy, weekdays will see you being the only customer and hard negotiation is required.
