How to get to and from Koh Ker

Use the quicklinks below to jump to the desired section regarding transport in and around Koh Ker.

To get to Koh Ker, you can book a private taxi which should cost about $80 return and can take up to four people. The principal route is about 120 kilometres and, while the road is good and it’s doable in a tuk tuk, we wouldn’t recommend it. You’ll be so frazzled by the time you arrive, you’ll be fit for nothing but a massage, which is 120 kilometres away. Taxis can be booked through your hotel, or we recommend booking through Sopheak Na Travel & Tours. They have proved themselves time and again to provide consistent, quality services and excellent advice.

Sopheak Na Travel & Tours: Tep Vong Street (near the Wat Bo bridge); T: (077) 408 333, (012) 380 493;

Several companies also organise dedicated tours of Koh Ker, with fees including minivan transport, guides and all the works.
